I help independent clients, families, households and selected small businesses who need dependable support with everyday technology. My approach is simple: explain things clearly, fix what is causing friction and agree sensible next steps after a free conversation.
Why I do this
For the last 10 years I have been helping people who want technology support without confusion, pressure or jargon. Many clients value having one trusted person they can call: someone practical, discreet and familiar with the way they live and work.
